OUR PROCESS
Consultation
Begin your project with a complimentary design consultation from one of our experienced design specialists. We recommend scheduling an appointment by contacting our showroom or filling out our online form to ensure personalized attention. While walk-ins are always welcome, booking in advance guarantees availability. Consultations can take place at your home, where we’ll take precise measurements, or in our showroom, where our designer will guide you through styles, materials, and the full scope of your project.
Preliminary Design
After gathering measurements, our designer will create a stunning 3D rendering of your space, blending your vision with expert feedback. We’ll meet in person to review and refine the design. If applicable, a preliminary design fee may apply. To move forward, we’ll need your final appliance specifications.
Proposal
Once you’re satisfied with the design and pricing, a deposit secures your spot in making your dream space a reality. This step ensures your project is prioritized as we move closer to the transformation of your space.
Finalize Details
With your deposit in place and design decisions finalized, we secure materials and schedule production. If a design fee was applied, it will be deducted from the total. Our team keeps you updated on timelines to ensure a smooth process, making this phase seamless and exciting as we prepare for installation.
Production Start
With all details finalized, we begin production, ensuring precision and quality at every step. Our craftsmen work diligently to transform your space with expert care and attention to detail.
